You must go to the Ram. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly welcoming and dedicated. The bar prices are really good with a wide selection of beers and wines. I had the duck last night and it was to die for. Well done for turning this pub around 🤩
First time back for a long time. Such a cozy atmosphere with fab service! The menu choice is excellent and the staff were really welcoming. The new owner has really made a positive difference. So impressed that we have booked for Christmas Eve!
What a beautiful pub! Friendly attentive staff. Plenty of gluten free options for main etc, would be nice for more gluten free options for pudding. Food was delish. Thank you we will be back.
Really nice place, visited on Monday lunchtime and it was very busy. We only popped in for a snack and a drink but we where made to feel very welcome. The food we had was lovely, obviously freshly prepared and cooked was a real treat. We where visiting the area but we will go back when next in Rossendale. Really happy to recommend The Ram Inn
The food here is to an excellent standard. We gave up on The Ram a few years ago after a few too many poor meals but the current owns, managers, chef and waiting staff have really pulled the stops out. This is certainly one to go back to. Our starters, main meal and a couple of drinks came to around £35 each but the meal was one of the best I've had in a long time.
We came here for a Friday early evening meal. Best meal we have had in a while. The menu is very varied and caters for everyone. I had the salt and pepper chicken and hubby had steak and ale pie. Food was excellent. Excellent service from the new starter waitress Ellie. First trial shift and I hope she carries on. Will definitely come here again.
Never been here but heard there was a new chef with an awesome reputation. Went and had a meal with my wife and all I can say is wow, I didn’t even know a pie could taste so good, everything we had was just on another level. Staff were great and the biggest surprise was that it was really well priced. You won’t find better food. Don’t think it’s possible.
Must-try dishes include the Sunday Roast, especially the Hand-Carved Roast Lamb Shank, and the Cheese and Onion Pie. For something unique, the Salt and Pepper Chicken and the homemade pies are also popular.
